A Body Beautiful  is an independently owned and operated day spa and  salon that has been serving the community of Ruidoso, Lincoln County and the Inn of the Mountain Gods for over five years. We are proud to pamper guests from anywhere in the region. A Body Beautiful understands the mind-body-spirit connection. 

Dr. David McMinn and his beautiful wife Lisa, opened A Body Beautiful after embarking on their own amazing journey of transformation and healing. In 2002, they were overworked and overstressed; caught up in the high paced world of finance. Seeing the toll it took on their lives, and the impact that overworking the body and spirit had on their physical health and interpersonal relationships, they decided to exit the rat race and develop a skill that would help people look better feel better, stay healthy and live longer.  They decided to leave their stress behind, and start a career that brought happiness to others. After much learning and personal growth, David and Lisa  decided to open A Body Beautiful.

Their understanding of how spiritually uplifting it is to feel good about one's appearance has made A Body Beautiful Ruidoso's largest most unique day spa and  salon. They have learned that helping others has further uplifted their spirits.

A Body Beautiful Day Spa and Salon is located next to McMinn Chiropractic right in the heart of Ruidoso.  Sudderth Drive is our "Main Street"   here in Ruidoso.  We are just a short one half mile East of the shops in Mid Town.  Ample Lighted parking.
